MELANIE POOLE, COO
Melanie Poole brings over thirty years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, including eighteen years dedicated to the active adult space. As a subject matter expert in active adult communities, she has expertise in developing, designing, and successfully operating new-builds, distressed and rehab opportunities.
Melanie has extensive experience consulting on communities from the ground up, with an eye for what is required to successfully operate a community.
She provides insight in defining the "value" in any VE discussions through a detailed approach.
She has lead many teams with great success; providing quarterly cashflows to the owners, lease ups in record time and turned failing assets into top preformers.
